Seahawks linebacker Leroy Hill continues to run afoul of the law. Issaquah police arrested the eight-year vet after they say he assaulted his girlfriend and kept her in his home against her will. Police charged Hill with unlawful imprisonment and third-degree domestic assault, both of which are felonies in Washington state.
This marks the fourth time that Hill has been arrested and the second time he has been accused of domestic violence. A Seahawks spokesman said the team is aware of the situation.
Issaquah police said they arrived at Hill’s home at around 4 p.m. Tuesday. A 26-year-old woman told police she had been assaulted several times. She was treated at a hospital and released.
Hill, who is scheduled to become a free agent in March, played on a one-year contract last season and is one of two players to pre-date the Pete Carroll era (also Marcus Trufant). He played in 13 games last season, starting 12, and has started 89 of 97 games in his Seattle career.
Less than a year ago, Hill was arrested for marijuana possession in Atlanta, a charge subsequently dismissed. He was also arrested in Georgia in 2009, charged with marijuana possession and given 12 months probation.
In April of 2010, Issaquah police arrested Hill on a fourth-degree domestic violence charge. He avoided trial by agreeing to avoid legal problems for 18 months and complete a one-year domestic violence treatment program.

This has to be the last straw. He’s been given about as many second chances as Koren Robinson got. With the draft comng up he’s replacable.
