As expected, the Washington Huskies fell out of The Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls Sunday, a day after they absorbed a 53-24 beating by the Arizona State Sun Devils in Tempe. After climbing as high as No. 15 in the AP rankings with a 4-0 start, the Huskies have lost three in a row, including the last two by substantial margins.
That leaves three Pac-12 schools ranked, No. 2 Oregon, No. 8 Stanford and No. 12 UCLA. The Ducks remained No. 2 after beating Washington State 62-38. Stanford rose from 13th after getting the best of UCLA 24-10. The Bruins dropped three places from ninth.
Washington was one of four conference schools receiving votes (four) in the AP poll. Arizona State collected 108, Oregon State 79 and Utah four.
Washington did not receive votes in the USA Today/Coaches poll after its No. 25 ranking last week.
The Huskies (4-3, 1-3) in the next two games face at home the conference’s weakest teams, Cal (1-6, 0-4) Saturday and Colorado (3-3, 0-3) Nov. 9. They have a bye Nov. 2.

No surprise here. The surprise would be if they return to it. The Dawgs would have had to win at least one of their last three to stay in the top 25 and each loss got worse and worse as the games went on. And their strength of schedule is easier at this point from here on out other than UCLA. And I don’t see the Dawgs beating them the way they’ve been playing.
