If you have been amused by Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show bit called “Superlatives,” you are probably not a Seattle Seahawk. Fallon takes mug shots of NFL players and offers yearbook-comment-style mockery, such as in September when he showed LG J.R. Sweezy in a fearsome glare: “Most like to say, ‘As you wish, master,’ every time a QB calls a play.”
Never a group to take a punch in the mouth lightly, the Seahawks responded ahead of NBC’s broadcast of the Seahawks game with Arizona at 5:30 p.m. Sunday with their own video.
Not quite as funny as Fallon, but it’s a good counter-punch, particularly P Jon Ryan, who has down his comic delivery.
