Marshawn Lynch dispenses his big news decisions in fresh ways. He was asked Thursday by Kent native Kenny Mayne, a big Seahawks fan who moonlights with ESPN, about whether he would play in Sunday’s divisional round playoff game in Charlotte against top-seeded Carolina.

Texted Beast: “I’m Ready.”

Lynch was thought to be ready last week for Minnesota by coach Pete Carroll, but after the Friday practice he said he couldn’t go.

Lynch was a full participant at practice Wednesday and Thursday. He had hernia surgery Nov. 25 and has missed 10 games this season, in which the Seahawks gave gone 8-2.

“Any time you have Marshawn, it’s a great thing,” QB Russell Wilson said Thursday. “He’s a great football player. Nobody really runs like him at all, and hopefully we can have him out there on the field. But as teammates, we want him to be healthy. We want him to feel like he’s ready to go.”
