The Pac-12 Thursday announced the dates for 2018 conference football games. In a departure from recent scheduling, the Washington Huskies play two league games before they play the third and final non-conference contest. The non-conference slate was made public weeks ago.

The Huskies open Sept. 1 against Auburn at Merceedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and will follow a week later with a home game against North Dakota. Washington begins conference play with games at Utah Sept. 15 and vs. Arizona State Sept. 22.

UW completes its non-conference schedule Sept. 29 by hosting the BYU Cougars.

The Huskies won’t take their bye week until Nov. 10 and will have two contests remaining after the bye, against Oregon State Nov. 17 and at Washington State Nov. 23, which is a Friday.

For the second consecutive year, Washington will play neither USC nor Arizona.

The Pac-12 Championship game is Nov. 30 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.

Game times for the first three weeks of the season will not be announced until spring or early summer.
