CenturyLink Field was a bit cool — temperatures were in the 30’s — and damp for Monday Night Football. As weather, the Seahawks defense and 68,387 customers closed in around the Saints, Sportspress Northwest photographers Drew McKenzie and Drew Sellers stood their ground on the sidelines to capture the action.

Per ESPN Stats and Info, Russell Wilson posted a 94.7 QBR (out of 100), which put him above 90.0 for the third  week in a row and into some elite company. Broncos QB Peyton Manning and Patriots QB Tom Brady were the only quarterbacks to surpass a 90.0 QBR in Week 13. More impressive: Wilson completed eight of nine passes when New Orleans sent five or more rushers.

Wilson has thrown at least two touchdowns in six consecutive games, good for the longest active streak in the NFL. Per ESPN, Wilson was three for three for 66 yards and a touchdown when the Saints blitzed a defensive back.

Wilson has taken a major step forward in 2013, completing 64.9 percent of his throws (198 for 305), 22 TD’s and six INT’s. / Drew Mckenzie

More interesting stuff from ESPN Stats and Info: Saints QB Drew Brees didn’t complete a pass for 15 yards or longer for the first time since 2006. He had completed at least three of the longer passes in each game this season.

Regarded league-wide as an elite thrower, Brees marched the Saints to a meager 188 yards of total offense and a single touchdown. / Drew McKenzie

Seahawks fans know the game is going well when former practice squad refugee WR Ricardo Lockette is making highlight-caliber catches.

RB Marshawn Lynch had just 16 carries for 45 yards while backup RB Robert Turbin dashed 11 times for 33. At 5-foot-10, Turbin is short, but not as short as he appears here.

Russell Wilson wants to be one of the great quarterbacks to ever play the game. Please don’t tell him he already is. We need to see what happens when he gets better.
