The University of Washington Wednesday announced its 2016-17 non-conference basketball schedule, which includes eight home games, a Thanksgiving tournament in Las Vegas and three true road contests. Among the foes: Yale, which advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in  March, and Gonzaga, which reached the Sweet 16.

No game times accompanied the schedule. They will be determined once television slates have been completed.

Washington annual, non-counting exhibition game, this year against Western Washington, is Nov. 3 at Alaska Airlines Arena. That begins a stretch of five consecutive home contests, including Yale (Nov. 13), Cal State Fullerton (Nov. 17), Northern Arizona (Nov. 20) and 2016 NIT competitor Long Beach State (Nov. 22).

Head coach Lorenzo Romar’s Huskies will then head to Las Vegas over Thanksgiving for the Global Sports Classic. UW faces Western Kentucky at the Thomas & Mack Center Nov. 24 and either UNLV or TCU Nov. 25.

There is a chance Washington could face TCU twice during its non-conference slate as it heads to Fort Worth, TX., to take on the Horned Frogs Nov. 30 to kick off a two-game road trip. The Huskies won last year’s meeting 92-67.

The Huskies play Gonzaga in Spokane Dec. 7. That will mark the first meeting between the schools since Dec. 6, 2006. Washington’s full non-conference slate:

    • Nov. 3 – Western Washington (exhibition)
    • Nov. 13 – Yale
    • Nov. 17 – Cal State Fullerton
    • Nov. 20 – Northern Arizona
    • Nov. 22 – Long Beach State
    • Nov. 24 – vs. Western Kentucky (Global Sports MTE, Las Vegas)
    • Nov. 25 – vs. UNLV/TCU (Global Sports MTE, Las Vegas)
    • Nov. 30 – at TCU
    • Dec. 7 – at Gonzaga
    • Dec. 11 – Nevada
    • Dec. 18 – Western Michigan
    • Dec. 20 – Cal Poly
    • Dec. 22 – at Seattle U
