    Washington’s Bowl Game History (17-13-1)

    University of Washington football teams have appeared in 31 bowl games, winning 17, losing 13 and tying one (1924 Rose Bowl against Navy). Thirteen of the 31 Husky bowl teams were coached by Don James between 1978 and 1993.

    By bowl, the Huskies have appeared in 14 Rose, four Holiday, 3 Sun, 3 Aloha, 2 Freedom, and the Pineapple, Orange, Independence and Oahu once each. Washington’s Dec. 29 trip to the Alamo Bowl will mark its first appearance in that bowl game. Washington’s bowl results:
