    I don’t have a whole hell of a lot to tell you. If this were Sportspress Richmond, I’d be losing my head about VCU, but being that we focus on Seattle sports, I’m resigned to this: We’re gonna take a look at what former Mariners players and coaches are hanging out on major and minor league coaching staffs. I always find this interesting, frankly, and hopefully you will too (especially since I spent 90 minutes searching the web for this stuff). The only real news of note is somewhat related: Mike Sweeney retired (neat tribute here from Lookout Landing) and the Cubs released Carlos Silva.
