Keep the Kings, Seattle has been burned by the NBA’s David Stern who stole Kevin Durant and a rebuilt young team. He then gave the Sonics to his best friend Clay Bennett in OKC when blackmailing Seattle didn’t work.

Reward those dicks with a new stadium? Hell no!

I hate the NBA for what it did to basketball in this community and the NBA is destroying communities all across the country with its tax burdens on stadium deals. OKC can’t even afford to pay for its forced $122mil renovation of a five year old stadium.

Sacramento has nothing to worry about.  The NBA has no interest in bringing a team to Seattle.  Seattle is more useful to them without a team than with one.  Without one they can always threaten cities that if they don’t tow the line and build an arena for their team then they’ll be just-like-Seattle.

I want an NHL team here and for it to lead the league in attendance so we can thumb our noses at the NBA.

I have no sympathy for Kings fans if their team leaves and relocates in Seattle.  !st, they are 90 miles form another NBA Team that has a name that certainly would encompass the greater Sac area (Golden State.)  And 2nd, they got the Kings from Kansas City.  What goes around comes around, even if, in Sac’s case, it takes a long time.  And 3rd, the Kings have mostly sucked.  They had a few good years back in the day with Chris Webber and co, but basically they suck.  They have had cheap ass owners in a cheap ass market.   Moving to Seattle would be an upgrade for them in both ownership and quality of the team.   Granted,  Sac has great fans, who deserved better — but their long dance with mediocrity is over.   Your Welcome.
