The Huskies’ men’s hoops team will take part in the Wooden Legacy Tournament, an eight-team, 12-game, three-day bracketed event that will be held in Anaheim and Fullerton, CA., during the Thanksgiving holiday (Nov. 27-30).

The Huskies will be joined Long Beach State, Xavier, San Diego, UTEP, Princeton, San Jose State and Western Micchigan. Pairings have not been announced.

The two opening days of competition will be at Titan Gym at Cal State-Fullerton while the four games Nov. 30 will be at the Honda Center in Anahim.

The Wooden Legacy Tournament was created in 2013 when two nationally recognized in-season events, the John R. Wooden Classic and the Anaheim Classic, joined forces.

The remainder of Washington’s 2014-15 preseason schedule will be announced later.

Nice to see them on the West Coast this time. Hopefully that will help recruiting.
