The Seahawks, who began a three-day rookie camp at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center Friday in Renton, have come to contract terms with six of their eight 2015 draft choices. They have signed 10 undrafted college free agents, and inked one player on a workout waiver.

Draft picks signed: fourth-rounder Terry Poole, a tackle from San Diego State (130th overall); fourth-rounder Mark Glowinski, guard from West Virginia (134th); fifth-rounder Tye Smith, DB from Towson (170th); sixth-rounder Obum Gwacham, defensive end from Oregon State (209th); sixth-rounder Kristjan Sokoli, defensive tackle from Buffalo (214th); seventh-round Ryan Murphy, safety from Oregon State (248th).

Seattle has two draft choices still to sign, defensive end Frank Clark of Michigan, selected 63rd overall in the second round, and Kansas State WR/KR Tyler Lockett, upon whom the Seahawks spent three additional draft picks on in order to move up and take him 69th overall in the third round.

The Seahawks signed the following undrafted free agents: Nate Boyer, LS, Texas; Jesse Davis, T, Idaho; Keenan Lambert, DB, Norfolk State; Ronald Martin, DB, LSU; Quayshawn Nealy, LB, Georgia Tech; Thomas Rawls, RB, Central Michigan; Alex Singleton, LB, Montana State; Tory Slater, DE, West Georgia; Rod Smith, RB, Ohio State; Triston Wade, DB, Texas-San Antonio.

The Seahawks also said that cornerback Trovon Reed was signed on a workout waiver.

The rookie camp runs through Sunday.

I thought Rod Smith’s name looked familiar so I looked him up. Four-star RB recruit, missed a team flight to a bowl game as a redshirt freshman, missed spring practice prior to his senior year for academics and was kicked out of the Ohio State program last fall in the middle of an undefeated national championship season.

      He’ll fit right in.

I read that Kasen Williams, Jesse Callier, Mike Criste and Michael Hartvigson of UW are on the rookie mini-camp roster. Williams was released by the Bengals after failing his physical.
